A harmonious blend of 66% Chardonnay and 34% Colombar. These cultivars were fermented separately before blending and aged for six months on wood chips. On the palate, you’ll find vibrant flavours of ripe pineapple and guava, while the nose reveals delicate notes of white pear. The Colombar adds a subtle minerality, enhancing the wine’s overall complexity.
